Purchase a HomePro Cloud plan while signed in to your HomePro account. After WooCommerce confirms payment, HomePro Cloud activates your plan, connects or creates your RealesWP agent profile, and makes the Cloud workspace available under My Account → My Cloud Sites.
- Choose Starter, Professional, or Business.
- Complete the secure WooCommerce checkout.
- Open My Cloud Sites.
- Select a real estate template and enter your business information.
- Publish and manage your website from the Cloud dashboard.

Create Your Real Estate Website
The guided setup asks for your business name, business type, website address, contact details, homepage headline, introduction, and preferred real estate template. HomePro Cloud prepares the starter layout and connects it to your account.
Important: HomePro Cloud is designed for basic, professionally structured real estate websites. It does not provide unrestricted WordPress administration to customers in single-site mode.
Real Estate Templates
Available curated layouts may include Modern Realtor, Luxury Estates, Property Manager, Brokerage, Commercial Pro, and Vacation Rentals. The selected template controls the visual presentation while business and listing information remain connected to the account.
Agent Membership Activation
HomePro Cloud uses internal RealesWP membership plans to apply listing limits, featured-listing allowances, activation dates, and expiration dates. Cloud memberships are hidden from public RealesWP plan cards and appear only as the customer’s active membership.
Cloud Dashboard
Customers access the dashboard from My Account → My Cloud Sites. The dashboard shows the active plan, setup status, website actions, membership limits, and guided website-creation tools.
Billing and Payments
Payments are processed through WooCommerce using the payment gateways enabled by HomePro. Cloud checkout removes the optional Additional Information field and does not apply the HomePro platform service fee. Cloud plans include a 7-day money-back guarantee, subject to the published refund terms.
Troubleshooting
My paid plan is not shown
Confirm that the order is Processing or Completed and that the order belongs to the same HomePro account used to open My Cloud Sites.
The website setup fields are missing
Clear the page and optimization cache, then reload My Cloud Sites.
My membership limits are incorrect
Ask HomePro Support to resynchronize the Cloud plan with the RealesWP agent profile and confirm the correct monthly or annual membership mapping.
I cannot find my dashboard
Sign in and open My Account, then choose My Cloud Sites. The dashboard menu item is visible only to signed-in customers.

Do I need separate hosting?
