Understand the Stays experience

HomePro Stays brings together participating accommodations and reservation workflows on HomePro. For guests, the starting point is the property itself: its location, photographs, sleeping arrangements, availability and published terms. For participating agents, the workflow supports managing the reservation information associated with their property.

Not every property advertised on HomePro is available for an online Stays reservation. A property may be listed for sale, long-term rental or another purpose, so always check the individual listing.

Choose a property and check the details

Browse HomePro and open a property that matches your plans. Review the dates, guest capacity, amenities, check-in and check-out information and any house rules displayed. Confirm practical details that matter to your stay before submitting a reservation.

Property descriptions and cover imagery are not a substitute for the listing-specific information. Ask for clarification when a detail is missing instead of assuming an amenity or service is included.

Review the total and the terms

When online booking is enabled, follow the booking controls on the property page. Review the total shown for your selected dates and any displayed taxes, fees, deposits, discounts or cancellation conditions before completing checkout.

Payment, cancellation and refund conditions can vary with the property and reservation. The terms shown for your booking should guide your decision; this general article does not create a separate cancellation policy or guarantee availability.

Keep your confirmation accessible

After booking, retain your confirmation and review the information provided for arrival and communication. Check that the dates and guest details are correct. Use the designated booking or contact channel for changes, questions and requests.

Do not send card details, account passwords or other sensitive credentials by replying to a marketing email. Use the booking website and the supported payment workflow.

For agents and property managers

Where HomePro Stays is enabled for a property, maintain accurate availability, pricing, property information and guest instructions. Review reservations in the tools available to your account and communicate material changes promptly.

Reservation management, payment records and payouts are distinct stages. Use the current dashboard and applicable service terms to understand the status of each; a guest request alone is not proof that a payment has settled.
