HomePro Cloud: Review Plans, Access and Ongoing Support

Compare HomePro Cloud plans using their current features, billing terms and support information, and distinguish Cloud access from other services.

Begin with the current plan page

HomePro Cloud offers should be evaluated from the current plan descriptions on the website. Identify the tools or workflow you need and compare the features included in the options currently available.

This guide is an introduction to making that comparison. It does not assume that a plan includes a particular hosting resource, storage allowance, software license or service-level commitment unless the offer expressly says so.

Check what your subscription includes

Read the feature list, limits, access requirements and billing period for the plan you are considering. Note whether any feature depends on an account setting, an integration, a separate provider or an additional purchase.

Consider the support and documentation available for the product. A practical plan is one whose documented scope fits your intended use, not simply the plan with the longest list of features.

Keep Cloud and other HomePro offers distinct

HomePro Cloud plans, agent memberships, service bookings and WordPress plugin purchases are not automatically interchangeable. Follow the specific terms for the product you choose.

When comparing two offers, identify whether each is a subscription, a service or software. Confirm how access is activated and what happens when the relevant billing period or license term ends.

Set up and maintain your access

After purchase or activation, retain your confirmation and use the account and setup instructions provided for the plan. Review configuration steps before enabling an integration or sharing access with another person.

Use the HomePro Cloud support documentation for help. When contacting support, describe the plan, the affected feature and the steps that produced the issue. Do not include passwords or private API keys in an ordinary message.

Good to know

Use the current plan and support pages for feature availability, limits, billing and service terms. This article does not establish a separate uptime or support-response guarantee.
