Jad Hilal, is a business and marketing professional with more than 11 years of experience in the real estate and property rental industry. He earned a degree in Business and Marketing from the Lebanese American University and completed further studies in Business Administration and Management at California State University.
Since March 19, 2015, he has worked through HomePro, the company he founded to help property owners market and promote their listings while supporting the rental process from the first inquiry to the final booking.
Over the years, he gained direct hands on experience managing accommodations at Achrafieh 1729 in Beirut. He worked closely with guests, staff, and property owners to make sure every stay was smooth and well organized. His responsibilities included communicating with guests, coordinating check in, handling keys, responding quickly to issues, and maintaining a high level of service throughout each stay.
Today, he is expanding HomePro into the United States property rental management market. He is bringing the same guest focused approach and commitment to quality to build a stronger rental management operation that provides reliable service to both property owners and guests.
He is currently raising $100,000 to improve HomePro and support its expansion in the United States. The funding will be used to upgrade the company's technology, improve marketing, strengthen daily operations, and increase its ability to manage more rental properties while maintaining the high level of service that has been the foundation of HomePro since 2015.
