The apartment has great potential and the host was very communicative and helpful. However, a few improvements could make the stay even better. Some areas of the apartment would benefit from more maintenance, and a few small touches like extra hangers, towel hooks, and laundry detergent would make it more comfortable. Some furniture shows wear and could use refreshing, and we also had occasional drainage issues in the showers, which the building team promptly addressed each time. The TV had trouble connecting to the apps, but the host followed up and even sent someone to assist. Overall, the apartment is very spacious, with stable electricity, good Wi-Fi, and a great location. With a bit more attention to the details mentioned above, it could become an excellent choice for future guests.

If you had told us, we would have changed any damaged pieces right away. For the laundry detergent, the listing has been updated, and we apologize for the confusion. For the hangers, we would have provided more if you had asked our staff. Regarding the shower drainage, this is a building issue that happens frequently, but we sent the team many times to help during your stay. We are also sorry for the TV issue.

We loved our stay last year, which is why we returned, but this time was disappointing. The apartment wasn’t clean, several things weren’t working (including plumbing and the washer), and the Wi-Fi password was wrong. Thankfully, Adnan helped fix most issues, but we expected better preparation. We still like the location but are unsure about returning.

The host was amazing and very easy to communicate with, always accommodating. The apartment does need some maintenance though. Many of the electrical plugs don’t have covers, the windows don’t close well, and the showers sometimes flood because of sewage issues. Once I told the host about these problems, he was very kind and eager to help fix them. Thank you.
